A: We will provide Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1 for products in stock or further processing needed

Q: Once the products received by customer were found not comply with the products or contract demands, what will you do?
A: We will compensate the customer for all the loss without any hesitation

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-5 working  days if the goods are in stock or it will need 7-20 working days if the goods need to be   customized

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer free samples, the customer need pay freight cost.  

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% deposit in advance  and balance see B/L copy or balance by L/C at sight.

Q What is your MOQ?
A. Carbon steel products are generally 25 tons.
B. High-value products such as stainless steel and copper pipes can be 1-5 tons according to the actual situation.
C. Carbon steel goods can be made with less demand, but the unit price is much higher.
