Use for :  1. Any chemotherapy regimen using Ifo.
               2.  High dose CTX.
               3.  Patients with hemorrhagic cystitis after previous CTX application.
              4. patients with previous pelvic irradiation .

       

             Due to the sulfhydryl group (SH) can be combined with acrolein to form a non-toxic compound. It can also bind to 4-OH-cyclophosphamide and 4-OH-cyclophosphamide, thus avoiding cystitis. Oral absorption is good, but is slightly slower than intravenous administration, so medication should be given every 4 hours. Its dose should be calculated as 60% of the total dose of Ifo, but in the application of high dose of Ifo, the dose of this product should be appropriately increased to 120% ~ 160% of the Ifo dose .
