System introduction
ZTK mining hoisting electric control system is based on BPJ1 mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe AC frequency converter. It is applied to the application of lifting and transportation of underground inclined lane winch and stepless rope winch, and synchronously developed programmable controller and field sensor. It constitutes an electronic control system integrating drag, control, operation and on-site detection, forming a set of drive to exchange inverters and controlling the electronic control system with the programmable controller as the core (hereinafter referred to as the electronic control device).

The process program is applied to the inverter closed-loop regulation system to control the high-power IGBT components. During the start, run and stop of the motor, the motor is automatically controlled according to the preset preset curve, and the acceleration time, acceleration and speed control are guaranteed. During electric braking, the motor works in the power generation state, so that the DC bus voltage of the device is higher than the set value, and the device feeds back energy to the grid.

System characteristics
