Description of Hot air furnace

Application of Hot air furnace 
It is widely used for drying or heating in chemical industry, ceramics industry, fertilizer industry, water purifying agent industry, building materials industry and so on.
For dewatering, drying, producing industries such as electroplating industry, electronic industry, alloy jewelry drip, food and plastics industry, leather industry, hardware and other applications, but not for the strong volatile, flammable and explosive items in order to avoid explosion. (If the explosion-proof requirements, you must install safety facilities, such as explosion-proof lock and blast doors)
 

Work Principle of Hot air furnace 
Hot air furnace consists of coal-fired machine, coal-fired chamber, and heating exchanger. Coal-fired machine supplies the primary heat. Raw (soft) coal is fed into the coal hopper through the coal feeder. The coal at a certain height is delivered by chain grate into the burning chamber of coal-fired machine. With the help of combustion fan, hot semi-coal gas produced by burning coal erupts from fire outlet of coal-fired machine and enters in coal-fired chamber,. The chamber is built of fire resistant materials. The particles impact, aggregate and drop in the coal-fired chamber. Clean hot air from heating exchanger at about 1000 then mixes into a certain amount of cool air, the mixture at the suitable temperature flows into dryer(such as spray tower, rotary kiln, oven, drying house, flash dryer, fluidized bed etc.) for drying. Temperature of hot air can be adjustable according to the demand. When hot air is supplied continuously, its temperature fluctuates between ±5. Cinder is discharged from the other side of coal-fired machine by deslagging machine.
