Intended Use :

The TianLong Respiratory 17 T ypes P athogen M ultiplex N ucleic A cid D etection K it  is a multiplexed nucleic acid test intended for use with Panall 8000 MD System for the simultaneous qualitative detection and identification of 17 types  of  common respiratory pathogen nucleic acids in oropharyngeal  swabs  obtained f ro m individuals suspected of respiratory tract infections .   

The following pathogens can be identified using the kit: Influenza A   (Flu A), Influenza B   (Flu B), Respiratory Syncytial Virus   (RSV), Human Rhinovirus   (HRV), Adenovirus   (ADV), Human Parainfluenza V irus 1   (HPIV1), Human Parainfluenza V irus 2/4   (HPIV2/4), Human Parainfluenza V irus 3   (HPIV3),   Mycoplasma P neumoniae   (MP), Human Metapneumovirus   (HMPV),   Chlamydophila P neumoniae   (CP), Human Bocavirus   (HBoV), Coronavirus HKU1/OC43, Coronavirus NL63/229E, Influenza A/H1, Influenza A/H3, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2   (SARS -CoV -2).
