Flupirtine Maleate is a selective neurogenic potassium channel opening agent. It is easy to absorb orally, has three functions of analgesic, muscle relaxation and nerve protection. It has analgesic effect on many causes of pain.
Flupirtine maleate is a selective neuronal potassium channel openers, readily absorbed orally with analgesic, muscle relaxation and neuroprotective three efficacy, pain showed analgesic effects to a variety of causes. As in the hot plate test, intensity of flupirtine (ED50 32mg/Kg, Ig) is about half of the 2 times of paracetamol 10 times stronger.
