In order keep  the seafood or meat or beef or chicken and other meat , if want to long time store, we have to blast freeze them in -40ºC temperature in short several hours to frozen them, and then store them into freezer room for long time store (-18ºC~-25ºC), to balance the time of market, improve the economic performance.

PU PANEL

Polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer skins and hence is known as PU sandwich panels. we are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in variegated specifications... Those two layers are available in profile with zinc-coated, galvanized steel, embossed aluminum, stainless steel, or other material sheets.

Because the internal temperature of blast freezer room is low, we usually recommend using 150mm/200mm. Thicker external thermal insulation structure can reduce the loss of cold energy and reduce power consumption.

COLD ROOM DOOR

The door uses a polyurethane pressure injection machine to inject one-time foaming molding. The polyurethane structure is dense and evenly fills all parts of the door without shrinkage. The facade is flat, and has reliable thermal insulation performance.
