1. Microcomputer-based Excitation Panel
Scope of application: Microcomputer-based Excitation Panels are suitable for excitation adjustment and control of various synchronous generators and motors under 300 MW, can fully meet the operating conditions of power plants and mines, and realize "unattended" (or fewer operators)
Product Features
:
1) Dual-microcomputer automatic adjustment. One is for hot standby; another additional set with manual adjustment is for redundancy support, the two can achieve independent, automatic and worry-free shift, and do not affect each other in input, output and adjustment, so as to ensure the other set can still work properly when one fails to work.
2) Each standard excitation adopts over voltage, over current protection and lightning protection devices.
3) The PID intelligent expert adjusting system is adopted; having five operating modes (constant voltage, constant current, constant power factor, constant reactive power and constant control angle); under fault conditions (such as PT disconnection), all modes can shift with each other automatically.
4) Each set of excitation adopts AC and DC dual power supply. Failure of any power supply will not affect the system's work.
5) A PT monitoring device is equipped. When PT of one circuit breaks, PT of another circuit will be shifted on automatically without disturbance.
6) A test device is provided, which has perfect online detection function and can detect the integrity of the excitation system during repair or overhaul.
7) Generator loss of excitation protection function is presented at any time. When loss of excitation incurs, the set will alarm and trip automatically.
