A2: We use high quality raw materials for production, and 100% QC in producing process before packing. 

Q3: What's your warranty?
A3: One year warranty except the incorrect use by customer.
 
Q4 : Is customized service available?
A4 : Of course, OEM & ODM both are available, which needs your authorization on using your brand.

Q5: What's your payment term?
A5:  TT: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for new customer and against BL copy for old customer; 
L/C: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight;
Remarks: the payment term normally is as the aboved shows, and D/P at sight is available for actual demand.

Q6: How about the delivery time?
A6: Normally 30days around after the receipt of deposit, which depends on the production plans. 

Q7 : How can I get the quotation?
A7 : No.1  : Leave us messages with your purchase requirements or contact us directly on Trade Manager, we will reply you asap.  
   
Q8 : Can I buy one as sample  and how long i can get sample?
A8 : Yes, one sample or samples are available, and normally samples can be ready around 20-30days.

Q9: Can HEILO support OEM or ODM service?
A9: Yes, we have rich experience in OEM and ODM services, you can provide your relevant logo and its brand use authorization, or any products design ideas, we will fully cooperate to meet your needs.

Q10: What's your payment way?
A10: We accept 100% payment TT in advance; 100% irrevocable L/C at sight; 30% or 40% or 50% deposit in advance and balance before shipment for new customers and balance against B/L copy for customers more than 3 years cooperation; and also other payments like D/P.

Quality Assurance
1. Each intricate component is meticulously chosen, burnished, polished, and cleaned.
2. Strictly monitor the spare parts' quality to ensure there are no errors.
3. 100% coiling testing to ensure that every coil is activated and operating at high voltage.
4. The performance of the pumps is tested using a 100% testing system for the motor/complete set pump and quality assurance.


Attention on installation and Use:
No.1: The pump must be grounded reliably before use, and shall be equipped with an electrical leakage protection device;
No.2: Do not touch the pump during operation;
No.3: Do not run the pump without water;
No.4: For three-phase notors with integrated thermal protector shut down due to overload or overheating, it is not allowed to re-connect the power until otor cooling down for more than 10 minutes;
No. 5: For water supply from industry, agriculture, mining, construction, municipal, domestic wastewater etc.;
