Q1 : Are you the factory/ manufacturer or just a trading company?

Q2: How about the quality?
A2: We use high quality raw materials for production, and 100% QC in producing process before packing. 

Q3: What's your warranty?
A3: One year warranty except the incorrect use by customer.
 
Q4 : Is customized service available?
A4 : Of course, OEM & ODM both are available, which needs your authorization on using your brand.

Q5: What's your payment term?
A5:  TT: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for new customer and against BL copy for old customer; 
L/C: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight;
Remarks: the payment term normally is as the aboved shows, and D/P at sight is available for actual demand.

Q6: How about the delivery time?
A6: Normally 30days around after the receipt of deposit, which depends on the production plans. 

Q7 : How can I get the quotation?

Q8 : Can I buy one as sample  and how long i can get sample?
A8 : Yes, one sample or samples are available, and normally samples can be ready around 20-30days.

Attention on installation and Use:
No.1: The pump must be grounded reliably before use, and shall be equipped with an electrical leakage protection device;
No.2: Do not touch the pump during operation;
No.3: Do not run the pump without water;
No.4: For three-phase notors with integrated thermal protector shut down due to overload or overheating, it is not allowed to re-connect the power until otor cooling down for more than 10 minutes;
No. 5: For water supply from industry, agriculture, mining, construction, municipal, domestic wastewater etc.;
