We have experience in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts from joint venture and cooperation agreements to franchise contracts, an experience demonstrated by the works published in these fields by members of this team.

This LEGALIS team also supports clients in shareholders' meetings, board of directors' meetings, and auditing and supervisory boards and in general support the client in all aspects of corporate law.
