88 Best Cyber Monday Kitchen Deals 2023 | Bon Appétit

Thanksgiving and its subsequent Black Friday deals have come and gone, but the Cyber Monday kitchen deals are still going strong, and we’ve been working around the clock to bring you the very best offers from a variety of retailers. Yes, some of the best deals have already disappeared, but you still have a chance to add a deeply-discounted Le Creuset Dutch oven or All-Clad cookware set to your kitchen. And if you’re in the market for something more buzzy, we’ve also found incredible Cyber Monday deals on air fryers, espresso machines, and other large and small kitchen appliances and gadgets. Whatever you want to buy, we suggest you don’t wait long, because these are the lowest prices you’re going to see on kitchen gear before the end of the year.

Five-ply stainless-steel sets this nonstick cookware apart from other models, which are usually made with aluminum cores. Recipe production assistant Carly Westerfield has owned this pan for a long time and can speak to its even heating and durability over time—pancakes come out evenly browned, and frittatas slip right out after they set.

Made In 10" Nonstick Skillet

If you don't already have a Lodge cast-iron skillet on hand, what are you waiting for? These pans are tried and true cookware that will last you a lifetime. Not only that, they are quite affordable, with one of the best cost-per-use ratios of any pieces of cookware you’ll buy. You can pass this thing down to future generations, provided you care for it properly. Also, use it enough and it will be as slick as the best nonstick pan money can buy.

Lodge 10-Inch Cast Iron Pre-Seasoned Skillet

We also can’t talk about Lodge without mentioning their griddles, which you need if you’re a true breakfast lover. Nothing beats this pan for surface area that allows you to cook bacon, eggs, and pancakes all at once, like a cook at your favorite diner.

Lodge LDP3 Cast Iron Rectangular Reversible Grill/Griddle

Our love for Lodge cookware doesn’t stop at cast iron skillets and griddles—their enameled cast iron Dutch ovens are a favorite among BA staffers, too. With a regular price of $115, this 4.5-quart Dutch oven already offers a big bang for your buck, and right now, you can scoop it for 40% off.

DEAL: Lodge 6 Quart Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven with Lid – Oyster White

If you skipped shopping earlier in the year to save up for a Le Creuset Dutch oven, now’s the time to get a piece of the iconic French cookware at a discount. Note that Le Creuset deals can be kind of tricky in the sense that not every size and color goes on sale, so be sure to click through the options to check if your favorite color is discounted.

DEAL: Le Creuset Signature 9-Quart Round Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven

DEAL: Le Creuset Round Dutch Oven, 3.5-Qt, Oyster

There are a few differences between Staub cocottes and Le Creuset Dutch ovens. Staubs have a black enamel interior, whereas the coating on Le Creusets is light in color. Le Creusets tend to encourage more evaporation than Staubs, which have tight-fitting lids that trap moisture inside. But both are well made and will last a lifetime.

DEAL: Staub 5-Quart Round Tall Cocotte

Theres no getting around a sheet pan in the kitchen. At one point or another, the time will come when you need one or several of these things for any number of sweet or savory baking tasks. Nordic Ware makes our favorite sheet pans, which are sturdy, long-lasting, and wont easily warp in a hot oven. Just make sure to remember that the “standard” sheet pan—the one you can fit in a typical home oven—is a half sheet. Full sheet pans are absolutely massive, and mostly a thing for commercial bakers.

DEAL: Nordic Ware 3-Piece Sheet Pan Set

BA food director Chris Morocco reaches for his Hestan NanoBond Sauté Pan more than anything else in his kitchen. Its molecular-bonded titanium coating makes it incredibly durable and very good at conducting heat. It’s on sale for 20% off, along with the rest of the NanoBond, CopperBond, and ProBond products. Yes, Hestan pans are quite spendy, but that's all the more reason to get them on sale if you can.

DEAL: Hestan 3.5 Quart NanoBond Sauté Pan

We typically don’t recommend buying a full cookware set from one brand. Cookware sets often include pans you won’t use that much, so we think you’re better off owning the best versions of the essentials: a cast-iron skillet, a nonstick skillet, a stainless steel skillet, an enameled cast-iron Dutch oven, and a stainless steel saucepan. But we love All-Clad’s cookware so much that we’d make an exception for them. If you like your cookware to match, or prefer cooking exclusively with stainless steel, this is a great deal to take advantage of.

DEAL: All-Clad D5 5-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set (10 Piece)

Staff writer Ali Francis is a big fan of the Internet-famous Always Pan, and you can get it at a major discount right now during the brand's Black Friday sale.

Digital operations associate Alma Avalle had more complicated feelings about the Perfect Pot when she reviewed it. It’s certainly not as perfect as the name would lead you to believe, but there are definitely some reasons to shop for this pan at a discount. It’s great for kitchens short on space because it’s so multifunctional and it looks great as a serving vessel. Read the full review for more info.

You likely recognize Great Jones cookware from your Instagram feed, where it regularly shows up on the stoves and countertops of cookbook authors and food influencers alike. Their flagship item is the Dutchess Dutch oven, but the brand has expanded far beyond that into a decent array of technicolor bakeware, sheetpans, skillets and more. They are hosting a major sale site-wide, with deals up to 50% off.

Caraway cookware is another popular direct-to-consumer cookware brand that nails it on the visuals. They feature ceramic nonstick surfaces on the majority of their products, and have recently expanded into storage containers and other wares for organization. They have a pretty good smattering of sales up on their website and on Amazon, with a few we've singled out below.

Greenpan was one of the first brands to hit the market with "healthier" nonstick cookware, and today you can save more than $200 on a 10-piece set from the Reserve line—which is available in ten colors, each with gold-toned handles. Each set includes a stockpot with lid, a sauté pan with lid, two saucepans with lids, and two fry pans.

There's a good chance that the person in your life who wants a KitchenAid stand mixer has probably already made it known to you, so you might as well put them out of their misery. The KitchenAid stand mixer is, of course, a classic—and the Classic Series is the most classic version of the appliance. You can snag the tilt-head model for a full $100 off right now.

KitchenAid Classic Series 4.5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

The Artisan series is different from the Classic in just a few ways: You can purchase it with a stainless steel or a glass bowl (the classic only comes with stainless), it’s available in more colors than the Classic, and it has a 5-quart capacity compared to the Classic’s 4.5. Both are tilt-head models.

DEAL: KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer

The main difference between tilt-head and bowl-lift mixers is the capacity. KitchenAid’s Professional series bowl-lift mixers come with 7-quart capacity bowls, which means they’re able to accommodate dough for 13 dozen cookies, eight loaves of bread, or eight pounds of potatoes. If you’re short on counter space, this isn’t the model for you, because it’s taller and bulkier. But if you’re routinely baking in large batches, this could be the upgrade you need—especially because it’s a whopping $200 off at Target right now.

DEAL: KitchenAid 5.5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer

KitchenAid’s attachments mean that your stand mixer can turn into a meat grinder or vegetable shredder. We’ve tested all of the attachments, and they all work well. Read how we ranked them over on Epicurious, or read our full lineup of favorite KitchenAid Cyber Monday deals.

When we put a bunch of basket-style air fryers head-to-head, this 5.5-quart air fryer from Ninja won the top spot. While most air fryers have a temperature threshold of 400°F, this model has a “max crisp” button, which simply turns the temperature up to 450°F and it’s true that the setting gets you crunchier food—and faster. It also has a dehydrate function that cooks at very low temperatures for long periods of time. And one small design feature makes the appliance easier to clean than its competitors: Instead of a basket, this air fryer features a “crisper plate” that allows for maximum air circulation. It’s easier to remove and scrub than a basket.

DEAL: Ninja Max XL Air Fryer

When it comes to the food processor world, the standard-bearer is hands down the 14-cup Cuisinart. It’s the BA test kitchen’s preferred model, because it is strong, reliable, and will hold up to frequent use for years on end. If you do a lot of meal prep or you’re chopping-averse, we know you’ll love it too. Also if you've never made pie dough in a food processor you are missing out on a truly wonderful convenience. There's still time to take $50 off for Cyber Monday, whether you want the standard model or the retro 50th anniversary edition. When it comes to the food processor world, the standard-bearer is hands down the 14-cup Cuisinart. Test kitchen editor Shilpa Uskokovic went deep on ice cream makers earlier in the year, and she thinks that Cuisinart’s freezer bowl models are the way to go for most home cooks who want to make ice cream. Importantly, you should keep in mind that you can use them to make frozen Margaritas as well as ice cream.

DEAL: Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker Machine, 1.5 Quart

If you really want to go professional with your ice cream making, a compressor-style model is the way to go and Lello makes the best of the best when it comes to compressor machines. This type of ice cream maker has a built-in refrigerating unit, so there’s no need to wait for a bowl to freeze before you make ice cream. Since it cools the cream as it churns with an actual refrigerating mechanism, the texture of this ice cream is superior, and it will keep overnight without crystallizing. But all of that comes at a price, both financially and otherwise. This will need to live in the garage, or its own room, because the machine weighs 38 pounds. Each model is hand made in Italy and usually costs over $1,000. Right now it’s on sale for almost half price, so this is a seriously good deal on a seriously excellent machine, should you have the passion, space, and means.

DEAL: Lello 4080 Musso Lussino 1.5-Quart Ice Cream Maker

Over on Epi, we reviewed this addition to what was already a pretty saturated market in terms of countertop ovens that can air fry, toast, dehydrate, and so much more. We found that it just might be the best in its category. It’s certainly one of the only “smart” appliances we recommend. Read the full review to learn more.

Breville Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro

Breville, quite simply, makes our favorite toaster ovens—or rather, combo air fryer–toaster ovens. If you didn't already know this, an air fryer is basically just a small convection oven, and a convection oven is basically just an oven with a fan in it. This one has an air-frying basket for all of your French fry needs, but can also function as a toaster, broiler, dehydrator, food reheater, keep warm-er and so on. Don't be surprised if you end up using it more than your full-size oven (seriously).

DEAL: Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer

These days, there’s no need to choose between an Instant Pot and an air fryer. Instant has been privy to the winds of change, and has realized that their multi-function wonder cookers have to have the ability to air fry to keep up with the times.

DEAL: Instant Pot Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid

This is the most classic Instant Pot model and the best one for beginners—in a spunky red color that isn’t so classic but might be right for someone on your holiday shopping list. (Funky aunt, maybe?) This thing is a pressure cooker and a slow cooker, and it generally does everything you want an Instant Pot to do.

Instant Pot Duo 6-Qt. Multi-Cooker, Red Stainless Steel

This ice maker will allow you to add the perfect chewy, crunchy Sonic-style ice to any cocktail you make this holiday season, and to fill your Stanley Cup up with so much of it you’ll stay hydrated with chilly water all day long.

DEAL: GE Profile Opal 2.0 with Side Tank

Some of the best Vitamix blenders are on sale right now, including the 5200 used by BA’s test kitchen and entry-level models like the E310 Explorian Blender. Both are great options that we absolutely recommend, but if you want a comparison shop, head this way for our full run-down on all the Vitamix models. There’s also a deal on a glitzy gold version of the Ascent series Vitamix. This blender isn’t more powerful than the 5200, but it comes with tons of smart features, preprogrammed settings, and the ability to use a whole host of attachments. If you don't think this is one of the best Black Friday kitchen deals out there, we don't know what to tell you.

DEAL: Vitamix Propel Series 750 Blender

Believe it or not, there are some people on staff who actually prefer immersion blenders over conventional blenders for day-to-day use. The reason is that Immersion blenders are one million times easier to clean than regular blenders, and they can also blend in a wide range of containers. The Vitamix immersion blender comes with an additional whisk attachment to sub in as a hand beater too.

DEAL: Vitamix Immersion Blender 3-Piece Set

Gooseneck kettles aren't just for pour-over coffee enthusiasts. We like this Oxo electric kettle for a variety of reasons. It can bring water to boil in around 90 seconds, and has precise, adjustable temperature controls. This is useful for avid tea drinkers who prefer to brew different teas at different temperatures.

DEAL: OXO Brew Gooseneck Electric Kettle

Smeg is an Italian brand famous for their retro-looking appliances. If we had to pick just one of their many stylish kitchen appliances to shop this holiday season, the kettle seems like a great choice. It's cheeky without being too much and comes so many fun colors that will brighten your countertop—and it'll give you warm water for tea and pour-over all winter.

Here's a secret: The vast majority of countertop soda makers function in the exact same way, and they only really differ in their appearance. With that in mind, know that Aarke carbonators are by far the best-looking soda makers on the market. They do cost a pretty penny, which is why it's a good Cyber Monday kitchen deal to take advantage of.

The Café Specialty Coffee Maker is a machine for hard-core coffee connoisseurs who want to optimize their brew to the highest level. What does that really mean? You can change both the temperature and the brew strength of your coffee to make it exactly customized to your preferences. Choose between Light, Medium, Dark, Bold, or “Gold” brew, which Café has identified as the best option for most people. Speaking of gold, the Café has received the Golden Cup from the Specialty Coffee Association.

DEAL: Café Specialty Drip Coffee Maker

If you waited patiently for Breville’s espresso machines to go on sale, you’re in luck. The Barista Express is a long-time tested favorite, and it has a built-in grinder, which means you won’t have to spend extra money on a grinder that does espresso well. Breville’s multipurpose ovens also factor well in our product tests year after year.

DEAL: Breville Barista Express Espresso Machine

If you’re totally new to pulling your own espresso shots, our testers recommend starting with this smaller model from Breville. It has a number of fail-safe features that will help you dial in the right shot without having to worry about the exact amount of pressure or time you’re applying. It also has the best milk frother of any espresso machine we’ve tried.

DEAL: Breville Bambino Plus Espresso Machine

We certainly don’t recommend every single-serve coffee maker, but there’s no shame in the Nespresso machine game. And if you’re debating between Nespresso and Keurig K-Cup machines, there’s really no debate. Nespresso is, quite simply, the very best way to get coffee and espresso quickly—at the best quality. Is it right for coffee nerds who want to labor over the perfect shot or pour over? No. Is it a game changer for people who appreciate espresso with lovely crema and delicate flavor and are running out the door every morning? Yes. You can choose between a handful of Nespresso models at a discount right now, and if you need help deciding, here's a quick primer on nearly every machine that's currently available.

DEAL: Nespresso Vertuo Pop by De'Longhi

“If you’re just dialing in your coffee game, Trade is a one-stop shop with hundreds of good options,” says BA contributor Lauren Joseph. She appreciates them for their wide selection of beans from craft coffee roasters and their commitment to ethical sourcing. Their very approachable brewing guides are nice, too. This Black Friday, Trade is offering 15% off subscriptions and up to 30% off Trade-exclusive Holiday Boxes.
