Auxiliary sews quilt blocks for National Quilts of Valor 2022 program

Always looking to serve the country's veterans, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 281 at the Charles Faust Post, once again were sewing Quilt Blocks for the National Quilts of Valor® 2022 Block Drive.

Each year Quilts of Valor has a national quilt block drive and chooses a specific block design for sewers to stitch together and mail in to Quilts of Valor®. This year it was the Floating Churn Dash. These blocks are then sewn together in Quilts of Valor which are made and awarded to service members and veterans across the nation. This year the local unit is sending in 35 blocks as "one more way to say 'Thank you' to our veterans for your service." Inverter Automatic Transfer Switch
